The roles of the project manager and business analyst during the team development of software on the example of the scientific director election system project

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) research work, I have investigated the user's interaction with existing systems for selecting a supervisor. Based on this, we developed further practical steps to implement the application to improve the process. The SWOT analysis of the future application, user's story, risk register, etc. was developed.
