Abstract

In the bachelor's thesis " Online system for recording interactions with patients" authored by Peshokhonova O.S., the modern state of dental services and trends in its optimization through the use of an online booking system and a Telegram bot are explored. The thesis provides an overview of various dental clinic websites, assessing their functionality, design, and user-friendliness. Additionally, existing systems for online booking and patient communication are thoroughly analyzed, taking into account their advantages and disadvantages.
Special attention is given to the analysis of software for creating websites and Telegram bots, including their functionality, customization options, and integration capabilities with other services. A comparative analysis of different software solutions and their suitability for addressing the needs of dental services is conducted.
