Statistical analysis of the competitiveness of housing rent in Ukraine

Abstract

The qualification (bachelor's) thesis provides a statistical analysis of the competitiveness of the housing rental market in Ukraine, namely, the main factors influencing the formation of rental prices, supply and demand, as well as geographical differences in different regions of the country. Using the methods of correlation and regression analysis, an analysis of data obtained from public and private sources was carried out.
