Conflict management in employee management system of the company

The qualification (bachelor's) work is devoted to the research of current issues of conflict management in the company's personnel management system. In the course of the conducted theoretical analysis, the main causes of conflicts in teams were determined, the types of conflicts and their impact on the work process were considered. A review of modern approaches to diagnosis and conflict management was carried out.
The practical part of the work is based on the analysis of a specific company, where a study of internal conflicts was conducted and a set of measures was proposed for their effective resolution. Recommendations have been developed for the implementation of a system for early detection of conflicts, improvement of communication skills of employees and development of corporate culture.
