Formation of the image of the organization

Abstract

The qualification (bachelor's) thesis considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of organizational image formation, types, functions of image and features of image formation of a state organization. The activities of the Department of Municipal Economy of Vinnytsia City Council are studied, the internal image and the external image are analyzed. Directions for improving the formation of a positive image of the Department of Municipal Economy of Vinnytsia City Council are proposed.
