Management of personnel motivation as a means of increasing enterprise efficiency

Abstract

The qualification (bachelor's) thesis investigates the management of personnel motivation at LLC «MAKOSH MINERAL» with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the enterprise. The study substantiates key theoretical aspects of personnel motivation management and provides an analysis of the overall characteristics of the motivation system of LLC «MAKOSH MINERAL» employees. Additionally, the directions for improving personnel motivation management are considered, and a program for enhancing the personnel motivation management system is developed.
