Optimizing employee management system of the enterprise in war conditions

The paper examines the scientific-theoretical and organizational essence of the company's personnel management system and its components. The main functions of personnel management are systematized and the typology of personnel policies and personnel management strategies is defined.
The activity, financial condition, personnel potential, and personnel management system were analyzed using the example of LLC "ARGON" NVP. The state of the company's personnel management system and the results of employees' assessment of various aspects of personnel management were studied.
The key external risks associated with the war and their impact on the personnel management system of the enterprise are determined. A set of proposals for optimizing the personnel management system of the enterprise in the conditions of war has been formed.
