Documentation Support for Website Functionality

Abstract

The qualification (bachelor's) thesis investigates the functionality of a scientific journal website based on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. The structure of the website was analyzed, a user survey was conducted to assess the experience of using the website, and ways to improve it were proposed. The process of submitting articles in the OJS system is considered, user roles and the use of the citation plugin are investigated. The process of article submission was modeled using IDEF0, which ensures transparency and efficiency of the processes.
