The Role of the Blogosphere in the Development of the Ukrainian Internet Space

Abstract

The research in the qualification (bachelor’s) thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the development of the blogosphere in Ukraine considering key stages and trends. The impact of the blogosphere on the Ukrainian language and culture is analyzed, particularly changes in the linguistic space and the formation of media culture. Special attention is paid to the role of the blogosphere in shaping public opinion, including its influence on political and social processes.
The correlation between the blogosphere and other components of the Ukrainian internet space, including social networks and online culture, is established.
The work aims to identify the peculiarities of blogs as documents, studying blogs as electronic publications and their significance in contemporary information society. Modern blogs can become platforms for shaping Ukraine’s information space.
