Tools of global and state regulation of international business

Abstract

This paper explores the theoretical aspects of international business regulation, analyzes the impact of global instruments of the World Trade Organization on the regulation of international business, and identifies state instruments for regulating international business in Ukraine.
The main results of the research include proposed recommendations for optimizing tariff and non-tariff regulation instruments for international business in Ukraine.
