Abstract

This bachelor's thesis examines methods for analyzing customer profitability and BI methodologies. It highlights modern software for data analysis and principles for developing a BI application. The advantages and disadvantages of existing software solutions are identified, and the choice of Power BI for project implementation is substantiated.
