Development of a BI Application for the Human Resources Department

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work, a BI application for the activities of the human resources department was developed based on the Power BI program. The concept of Business Intelligence and its main advantages for the HR manager are considered. The main popular tools for creating a BI application are analyzed, and the main reason for choosing Power BI is described. An analysis in the field of personnel management is carried out. The focus is on the ability of the BI application to create clear and easy-to-understand reports.
