Management of enterprise competitiveness in construction industry

Abstract

The work summarizes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the problems of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise; an analysis of the level of competitiveness of the enterprise was carried out on the example of LLC "BMR"; the system of indicators of financial and economic stability of enterprises is summarized.
The main scientific results of the study are: assessment of the level of competitiveness of enterprises in the construction industry; developed measures for marketing orientation of the process of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise; developed recommendations for the enterprise to improve competitiveness.
