Improvement of employee selection and adaptation process in the company

In the qualification (bachelor’s) work the essence and main characteristics of the company’s personnel selection process were clarified. Features of the system approach to personnel adaptation are highlighted. Innovative methods of selection and adaptation of personnel in the company have been determined. The main performance indicators of LLC «Nova Post» were analyzed. The personnel policy of the company was studied. An analysis of the process of selection and adaptation of personnel of LLC «Nova Post» was carried out. Proposals for optimization of personnel selection methods of LLC «Nova Post» have been formulated. Recommendations for the development of a personnel adaptation program in the company are offered.
