The paper examines theoretical and methodological approaches to effective team management. It defines the content of a team as a modern form of labour organisation, provides methods and principles of team formation, substantiates the mechanism of organisation of effective team interaction. The diagnostics of team interaction in the LLC ‘Softserve’ is carried out. The organisational and economic characteristics of ‘Softserve’ LLC have been carried out. The mechanisms of team building in the personnel management system of LLC ‘Softserve’ have been researched, reserves for improving the efficiency of team interaction have been identified. Proposals for improving the efficiency of team interaction in an IT company are provided. Directions for improving the work of remote teams using modern principles and approaches are developed, recommendations for optimising the management mechanism of team interaction are provided.
