Abstract

This thesis is dedicated to the research and improvement of the personnel management system in an enterprise. In modern conditions, effective personnel management is a key factor for ensuring the competitiveness and stable development of an organization. The aim of the research is to identify the main problems affecting the efficiency of personnel management and to develop recommendations for their elimination.
