The paper examines the theoretical and organizational essence of corporate culture and its key elements. The formation factors and types of the company's corporate culture, its goals, tasks and functions as a component of the company's management are determined.
An analysis of the key performance indicators of PJSC "Vinnytsia Zavod Mayak" was carried out, personnel and communication subsystems of management were investigated, and a sociological study of the state of the company's corporate culture was conducted.
A conceptual diagram of the mechanism for the development of the enterprise's corporate culture has been formed, and key directions for improvement have been determined. Scientific and practical proposals for improving the corporate culture of Vinnytsia Mayak Plant PJSC have been developed.
