A general description and analysis of the activities of Mega Lifesciences LLC is provided. An analysis of the financial and economic condition of the company, movement of fixed assets, personnel was carried out. The level of corporate culture of Mega Lifesciences LLC was assessed.
The key areas of corporate culture improvement have been formed. Recommendations on the implementation of the mentoring program were provided, and the economic effect of the proposed company was calculated.
