Improvement of enterprise personnel management methods

Abstract

In the qualifying (bachelor's) work, the personnel management system of the enterprise was investigated using the example of Cherry Lake restaurant. It is shown that to evaluate the effectiveness of the personnel management system, it is advisable to use the following methods: evaluations based on business qualities, evaluations based on performance results, and a system of tests and surveys that allow you to learn more about the motivation of employees. It was established that the directions for improving the efficiency of personnel management methods of Cherry Lake restaurant include: professional development, optimization of the training system, strengthening of the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel, career planning, implementation of an automated personnel management system, creation of a motivating corporate culture.
