In the qualification (bachelor's thesis) the system of stress management and prevention of professional burnout at the Ersel Pharma Ukraine LLC. The influence of stress on the employee on his work and performance of the enterprise is shown. Recommendations for improving the system of stress management and prevention of burnout.
