Abstract

In the qualifying (bachelor's) work, the essence of the enterprise's operational activity, the peculiarities of managing the operational activity of agro-industrial enterprises, the main indicators of the operational system of Agricultural complex "Zelena Dolyna" LLC were analyzed, an assessment of the operational activity of Agricultural complex "Zelena Dolyna" LLC was performed, directions for improving the operational activity were proposed on the basis of the conducted assessment of the efficiency of resource use, a forecast of costs of the crop production industry was made, taking into account the proposed directions.
