Formation of the communication process in the organization and ways to improve it

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) thesis the essence, directions and methods of communication formation were investigated. The approaches to the study of the communication process in the scientific literature are highlighted. The communication process in the Bar City Council, the causes of problems in the communication environment are analyzed. The ways of improvement, specific methods and tools, proposals for improving the efficiency of the communication process in the Bar City Council are developed.
