Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's thesis) research the concepts of «social networks» and «organization management system». A review of current trends of social networks use in business and organization management is carried out. The methodological and empirical basis of the study is selected. The influence of social networks on the management system of the Aurora Multimarket chain of stores is determined. It has been found that developing a strategy for attracting customers through social media though it can become a powerful tool for achieving marketing goals.
