This qualification work examines the theoretical aspects and modern approaches to the development and implementation of enterprise management strategies. It identifies the role of strategy in the enterprise management system, and outlines the process of its development and implementation.
A strategic analysis of the activities of AT «Ukrposhta» and its external competitive environment in the market was conducted. An internal environment factors diagnosis was carried out, and the strategic factors for the development of AT «Ukrposhta» in the market were analyzed. Recommendations for the development and implementation of a management strategy for AT «Ukrposhta» in the market were provided, the components of the marketing development strategy were identified, and a forecast assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed strategy on the economic indicators of AT «Ukrposhta» was developed.
The strategic development program through the implementation of the post office service project in remote territorial communities served by the regional branch of JSC "Ukrposhta" has been considered. The cost estimate, which amounts to 2.6 million UAH, was calculated. Given the current annual maintenance costs of these branches at 1.4 million UAH, the payback period for the recommended enterprise management strategy is 22 months.
