Rationalization of production (works, services) costs

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work, the essence, directions and methods of rationalization of production costs were investigated. The main approaches to the management of production costs are analyzed. Methods of optimizing production processes to reduce costs are considered. The effectiveness of various cost rationalization methods was evaluated using the example of Prima-Ya Agrofirm LLC. A set of measures is proposed to improve production efficiency by rationalizing costs.
