Adaptive management of an enterprise in a crisis period

Abstract

In the bachelor's thesis, the theoretical foundations of adaptive management of an enterprise in a crisis period were considered, the basic principles and methods of adaptive management in a crisis period were presented.
The analysis and evaluation of adaptive management in a crisis period at the enterprise PJSC “Vinnytsia Plant ‘Mayak’ was carried out, and conclusions were drawn based on the results of the analysis.
The programs of adaptive management in the crisis period and advanced training of management at the enterprise are developed and proposed.
