The qualification paper examines theoretical aspects and modern approaches to the improvement of social and psychological methods in the work of enterprise managers. The role of socio-psychological methods in the formation of a favorable climate in the corporate environment and the order of their development and implementation are determined.
The analysis of the use of socio-psychological methods at the enterprise "Promavtomatika Vinnytsia" LLC was carried out and the impact of these methods on the effectiveness of management activities was investigated. The social and psychological climate in the team was diagnosed and the factors influencing its formation were evaluated.
Recommendations for improving the use of socio-psychological management methods were provided, a program for the socio-psychological development of personnel was developed, and measures were proposed to improve the qualifications of managers in this area.
