Analysis of external and internal environment influence on management decisions development and implementation

Abstract

The paper investigates the concept of influence of the external and internal environment on the adoption and implementation of management decisions. On the example of LLC “Agrana Fruit Ukraine” the process of formation and use of the external and internal environment in making management decisions. The article offers recommendations for improving the process of making and implementing management decisions under influence of the external and internal environment.
