Adaptation enterprise personnel policy in conditions of personnel acute shortage

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis examines the adaptation of the personnel policy of the enterprise LLC "Svit Eco Line" under conditions of acute staff shortage. The causes of the shortage of qualified employees are investigated, the current personnel policy of the enterprise is analyzed, and effective strategies to overcome these problems are developed. In particular, measures to improve hiring, training, and retention processes, as well as recommendations for creating attractive working conditions and enhancing employee motivation, are proposed.
