Improvement of personnel policy of an agrarian enterprise

Abstract

In the qualifying (bachelor's) work, the socio-economic essence, goals and objectives of the company's personnel policy were investigated; the peculiarities of implementing the personnel policy of agrarian enterprises are determined; methodical approaches to evaluating the company's personnel policy are considered; assessed the quality of management and achieved results in separate areas of activity of MAKOSH MINERAL LLC; a personnel policy model was developed and ways to improve the personnel policy of an agricultural enterprise were proposed.
