Improvement of the enterprise's business model

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work, the theoretical and methodological principles of improving the business model of the organization were investigated, the main indicators of the economic activity of Agrana Fruit Luka LLC were analyzed; an analysis of the financial and economic status of Agrana Fruit Luka LLC was performed; a description of the existing business model of interaction of Agrana Fruit Luka LLC with the external environment was made; the forecast of the economic potential of the enterprise was carried out; directions for increasing the efficiency of the business model of Agrana Fruit Luka LLC based on a balanced system of indicators and the Canvas business model are proposed.
