Improving “motivation” function implementation mechanism in the entreprise management system

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work, the peculiarities of the process of formation of work motivation at the PE enterprise "O.L.KAR-AgroZooVet-Service" were investigated. The personnel motivation system is shown, the theoretical aspects of work motivation are revealed, and the analysis of the current work motivation system at the PE "O.L.KAR-AgroZooVet-Service" is carried out. The content of work methods of motivation at the PE "O.L.KAR-AgroZooVet-Service" is revealed. Ways to increase labor motivation and search for ways to improve the motivation system at the PE enterprise "O.L.KAR-AgroZooVet-Service" have been established.
