Psychological means of overcoming anxiety in persons of high school age

The thesis is devoted to the study of psychological tools that contribute to overcoming anxiety in people of high school age. Anxiety is a common phenomenon among adolescents, which can negatively affect their emotional and mental health, as well as academic performance and social relationships.
The work examines various theoretical approaches to understanding anxiety, its causes and manifestations in adolescence. The main attention is paid to the study of effective psychological methods and techniques that can be used to reduce the level of anxiety among high school students. The empirical part of the work includes the results of a study conducted among high school students, the purpose of which was to identify the level of anxiety and evaluate the effectiveness of using various psychological tools in working with them. The results of the study show that the complex use of these methods significantly reduces the level of anxiety in high school students, contributing to the improvement of their psycho-emotional state and increasing stress resistance. On the basis of the obtained data, recommendations were developed for practicing psychologists and teachers regarding the implementation of the specified methods in school practice.
