The bachelor's thesis explores the significant influence of information technologies on the rules of document formatting, enhancing the efficiency and convenience of office work. The implementation of electronic documents reduces costs for paper and storage, as well as improves access to information. However, new challenges arise related to ensuring the security and legality of electronic document usage.
