Problems of Staffing Libraries in Vinnytsia

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) thesis the problems of staffing libraries at the present stage of their development are investigated. The professional training of future library specialists in Ukraine is shown. A general overview of the human resources of libraries of Vinnytsia City Centralised Library System is made. The proposals and recommendations for improving the staffing of libraries are developed.
