Improvement of enterprise personnel management through the use of modern information and communication technologies

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work, the theoretical aspects of personnel management are considered, as well as the existing information systems of personnel management are considered and the best ones are justified. In the analytical part, the personnel management system of PJSC "Vinnytsia Oil and Fat Combine" is analyzed. In a special part, ways of improving the personnel management system of PJSC "Vinnytsia oil and fat plant" with the use of IT technologies have been developed.
