Developing a feedback system and conducting surveys of internal stakeholders in higher education institutions

Abstract

This work is dedicated to exploring feedback systems, their theoretical aspects, and practical applications in information systems. It includes an analysis of the concept of feedback, methods of information collection and analysis, and examines the role of feedback in management information systems. Modern tools for developing information systems are investigated, including the concept of "citizen developers" and approaches like low-code and no-code. Additionally, the use of feedback systems in higher education institutions is examined, along with possible avenues for their improvement.
