Abstract

The paper defines the theoretical foundations, methods of creation and practical application of analytical documents. The concept, classification, functions and historical development of analytical documents are considered. The methodologies for collecting and processing information, principles of forecasting events, requirements for the structure and design of analytical documents are described.
The author proposes a scheme where analytical documents provide information and analytical support at all stages of decision-making, contributing to strategically balanced and effective decisions that support sustainable development of enterprises. Examples of the use of analytical documents in management decision-making are provided.
