Improvement of coaching processes at the enterprise

In the qualification (bachelor's) thesis, the theoretical foundations of coaching were investigated, the modern practice of coaching at the LLC "DTEK SERVICE" enterprise was analyzed, recommendations were developed and substantiated for the improvement of coaching processes in order to increase its effectiveness.
The variety of coaching methods and tools used at the enterprise, the advantages of using coaching for the development of human potential and increasing the motivation of personnel are shown.
The need to improve coaching processes at the enterprise to increase their effectiveness has been established.
A number of recommendations for improving coaching processes, in particular: determination of clear goals and objectives of coaching programs, development of coaches, carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of coaching programs.
