Strategy for preserving and restoring digital archives

Abstract

The qualification (bachelor's) thesis explores strategies for preserving and restoring digital archives. The theoretical foundations, preservation factors, and the role of archives in ensuring the availability of information are considered. The risks of loss and methods of minimization are analyzed. Organizational, legal, technical and software preservation methods are studied. A comprehensive strategy and recommendations for improving the efficiency of preservation and restoration of digital archives are proposed.
